You may have received information regarding our free courses for people with long term health conditions previously, just in case I have attached a leaflet and poster.  

The first two course this year in Bournemouth and Poole have started well and we are taking booking for future courses.  We currently have a few places left on the two courses planned for July so please do spread the word to anyone you think would be interested – if they cannot make the Summer they will be offered a range of other dates. 
 
Expert Patients Programme is a course for anyone who feels they could benefit from learning self-management skills.  A leaflet is attached to explain more.  The course is led by trained facilitators who themselves live with a long-term health condition.  It runs over six consecutive weekly sessions, each lasting 2½ hours.
