The last funded Family Fit 4 Life programme will be running from Saturday 27th March until June 19th 2010.

If you know of any families who would benefit from this programme then please get them to complete an application form and email that to me ASAP. 
 
There is only 18 family slots left.  
 
 **Children who are on the Access 2 Activities may use the their funding for this project ( but they must still meet the criteria of the programme ) 
 
Family Fit 4 Life is a 12 week health, fitness and wellbeing programme designed to help families enjoy a healthier lifestyle and manage their weight more effectively now and for the future. Based at the national award winning Littledown Centre, the programme, includes support, information and activities worth over £300. It can be yours for a commitment fee of only £25.
 
 
 Your twelve weeks will include:
·        Extensive use of the Littledown Centre leisure and fitness facilities 
·        Regular group seminars providing hints and tips on how you can take simple steps to creating a          healthier lifestyle  
·        A range of take away healthy living information to support you in achieving your healthy living            goals 
·        Web based and email support to help guide you through your programme to get results                     meaningful to you 
·        Opportunities to share support and ideas with other parents
 
Who Can Join the Programme?
If your family satisfy the following requirements then you qualify to apply for the programme.
·        You live in Bournemouth or Poole 
·        You WANT to make changes to you lifestyle in order to improve your health and wellbeing 
·        One member of your family would benefit from losing weight and they would participate in the            programme 
·        Minimum of one member of the family is under 16 years of age 
·        We can email you with information and you have access to the web
                   (Every Bournemouth library has computers you can use for free) 
·        You can let us know why you think your family would benefit from the programme 
·        You and your family will take full advantage of the opportunities provided and enjoy the                     journey! 
 
If you have answered yes to the above, then the family member can complete the application form attached and email it back to me.
